Join vetaren Chef Instructor Suzana in this one of kind make your own Sushi class. Chef Susanna will purchase the freshest, in-season fish that might include maki, salmon, or yellowtail. That's the first lesson of sushi--you have to purchase the freshest fish possible. Next you will learn how to cook fluffy, sticky sushi rice, roll your own rolls, make your own miso soup, and savory sesame seed vinaigrette making this the perfect meal.
This class will be demonstration style and hands-on.
