Includes demonstration, hands-on instruction, canning history & food safety discussion, a jar of pickles and jam to take home, recipe handouts, a fun and supportive atmosphere, and lots of yummy cheese plate snaking!

Discover simple processes and techniques for canning sweet and savory foods at home, along with learning traditional, creative, and inspiring ways to design cheese plates.

Please bring a small box and towel to safely carry your jars in.

Sample menu: Lacto-fermented vegetables, Lacto-fermented Watermelon Pickles, Strawberry Thyme Honey Jam, Watermelon jelly, Bread & Butter Pickles, Quick Pickles, Various bountiful cheese plate offerings.
