About the Event

Don’t worry about grocery shopping, because we’re already growing and procuring the finest local ingredients Central Texas has to offer.    Don’t worry about how you’re going to pull it all off, because we’ll do the prep work together and let you head home (with all the prepped ingredients!) to a clean kitchen.    Don't worry about testing new recipes because Ada Becky and Amanda are going to demo our favorite thanksgiving dishes and make sure you are equipped with all the savvy know-how and pro-tips to create a seamless, seasonal feast at home. Plus, It’s BYOB and we’re going to have fun!   (Things we DO suggest you think about include: -Choosing who you are going to invite to this fabulous feast -How to get through dinner without talking about politics.  -Thanksgiving cocktails, but how many?)   The 6 serving option will include the following:  (the 12 serving option is what is below, doubled)   12 yeast rolls (We’ll make the dough together, you will leave with them ready to bake) 2 pie crusts (We’ll make the crusts together and you will leave with them ready to bake)  2 pie fillings 1 apple, 1 sweet potato (You’ll leave with everything ready to assemble and bake) 6+ servings of stewed collard greens (All ingredients  will be chopped and ready to simmer) 6+ servings of roasted root vegetables and herbed sauce (We'll make the sauce together and all root vegetables will be chopped and ready to roast) 6+ servings of fresh salad and from-scratch dressing (We’ll make the dressing together all ingredients will be ready to assemble)  6+ servings of cranberry sauce (We’ll make it together and it will be ready to serve)
