Join chef instructor Mark in this one of kind class featuring the ever popular and southern favorite: crawfish. If you did not grow up in the south, then this class is for you. Mark will teach you where to purchase crawfish, what to look for, how to store crawfish, how many pounds to purchase, and then of course, how to cook and eat the mini lobsters (no, they aren't really mini lobsters, but they are cousins), and while sausage rolls and banana pudding aren't traditional to a crawfish boil, they are some southern favorites not to be missed.
This class is hands-on and demonstration style.
