The studio kitchen features a 48” Blue Star range, refrigerator, commercial dishwasher, serviceware for 16 (large plates, small plates, silverware, red/white wine glasses, water glasses). The kitchen is fully outfitted with cookware, measuring cups/spoons, basic cooking utensils, prep bowls, baking sheets, cooling racks, towels, etc. 

 

Most of our cooking supplies are plastic-free and aluminum-free cooking surfaces. 

 

The studio can accommodate 16 participants.

Cooking Class Rental: $350

  • Class listed on events page 

  • Use of ALL serviceware, cooking equipment, etc.

  • 5-hour rental

Kitchen Rental: $75 per hour

  • For private catering events, dinner parties

  • Includes use of space and all supplies including range, dishwasher, ALL serveware and cooking supplies 

  • 6-hour minimum

  • Weekend rates available

Meeting Space Rental: $50 per hour

  • Use of space only as for small group meeting (16 people)

  • No use of appliances and supplies (oven, dishwasher, stove, cookware, plates, utensils, cups, etc.)

 

A La Carte

  • Extra Hours: $30 per hour

***Rental time includes setup, tear down, and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental***

 

Cleaning Policy

The studio must be left in a clean state (immediately ready for the next instructor). This means: tables cleared and wiped down, floors swept, large spills mopped, counters wiped without streaks or water marks, appliances and cabinet fronts wiped down, and ALL dishes washed and put away. If the Cleaning Checklist is not completed by the scheduled end time, a fee of $150 will be charged. 

 

Damage

Renters are responsible for all damage that occurs on-site. Damage over $50 will be charged unless it is deemed normal wear and tear.

Refunds/Rescheduling

EACS does not issue refunds for class rentals within 2 weeks of the event date. However, EACS understands that sometimes emergencies happen so if you need to re-book the session, we will do a one-time reschedule at no additional cost.

 

Posting Flyers

Instructors are welcome and encouraged to post flyers about their upcoming classes. In an effort to keep the information simple and clear for passerbyers please follow the simple format below. If you’d like to include a photo, please make sure it’s a high resolution photo to ensure it prints nicely.

 

Payments via EACS website 

When using EACS online sign-up system to sign students up and take payments, all transactions are subject to a standard processing fee of 3%.
